Hi! I’m Jill. I’m really good at helping people and organizations realize their potential through leadership, strategy and culture. These three things are inextricably linked, and they are key to finding greater success faster. Your strategy is the big idea, your leadership team is what will make it come to life or flounder and your culture is what will get you enduring success.
I offer decades of experience including as Chief of Staff to the CEO, a member of the executive team and expert in all things leadership, culture and strategy. You'll also find a unique mix of critical thinking, creativity and authentic humanity in my work.
